Busuu for Business delivers FUNDAE-eligible language courses under the teleformación format. This format qualifies for reimbursement of up to €7.50 per learner per hour.

Meeting FUNDAE requirements with Busuu for Business
We don't manage the FUNDAE process directly, but we do offer all the documentation your external training consultant needs to declare your courses.
Busuu provides:
- Class size reports: Confirming correct learner-to-tutor ratios
- Tutor credentials: Up-to-date CVs and qualifications for all tutors
- Attendance tracking: Records of learner participation, including Live Lesson attendance
- Evaluation reports: Progress data including study hours, course levels, and certificates earned
- Completion certificates: Available for individual learners as required

Build your training programme
We work with your HR or L&D team to define languages, levels, and estimated learning hours. Learners complete a placement test to confirm their starting level.

Onboarding
Your team gets access to Busuu's management platform. Learners are grouped by level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) and get login details. Busuu provides onboarding support to drive engagement and meet FUNDAE’s criteria.

Learning and Live Lessons
Employees learn at their own pace with self-led courses, plus Live Lessons with qualified tutors. Progress is tracked automatically, so you always know who's engaged and improving.

Reporting and reimbursement
Busuu provides the reports you need: attendance, hours completed, levels achieved, and certifications. Submit this documentation through FUNDAE to claim your training subsidy.
