Each licence provides one learner with access to Busuu. As an Admin, you can assign these licences. There are three licence status:
- Available to assign: The total number of licences you have available to be assigned to learners in your organisation
- In use: The total number of licences currently assigned and being used by learners within your organisation. This is equal to the total number of active learners.
- Pending invite: The total number of Busuu invitations that have been sent but have not yet been accepted by learners. This means the licences have not yet been activated
Total licences: The total number of licences purchased by your organisation. It is the sum of 'Available to assign' licences 'In use' licences, and 'Pending invite' licences.
